If you are not 100% satisfied with your Reilly-Chance Collection product, please contact us immediately so we can do our very best to make you a satisfied customer! You can view our full return policy here.

Most of our home decor products are handmade to order in our own facility here in Texas. We try to ship most orders out within approximately 2-3 weeks. Orders with a higher degree of customization can take longer. Reilly-Chance strives to meet any deadline our customers may have. Please notify us at time of order if there is a specific date by which you are needing the product.

    • Domestic Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on most items within the contiguous U.S. via UPS.
    • International Orders: We ship internationally upon request. For a quote, email your address and product list. info@reilly-chance.com

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • Non-Custom Items: Eligible for full refund within 7 days of receipt. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
    • Sale Items (Up to 20% Off): Eligible for store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.
    • Sale Items (Over 20% Off) & Custom Products: Final sale; no returns or exchanges.
    • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
