• Handcrafted Goods: All Reilly-Chance, Gallery Designs Lamps, and Sir Oliver's Home Decor items are designed and made in-house.
• Customization: We offer made-to-order customization on select bedding and drapery. Our designer will work with you directly to tailor your pieces.
• Fabric Policy: We do not sell fabrics by the yard unless purchased with the coordinating collection and do not accept customer-supplied materials.
• Swatches: Complimentary swatches are available upon request via email or phone.
• Lining: Custom drapes are fully lined and interlined; white is standard, tan is available by request.

• Processing Times: Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Heavily customized orders may require more time.
• Deadlines: Let us know during checkout if your order is time-sensitive.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Domestic Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on most items within the contiguous U.S. via UPS.

• Non-Custom Items: Eligible for full refund within 7 days of receipt. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
• Sale Items (Up to 20% Off): Eligible for store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Sale Items (Over 20% Off) & Custom Products: Final sale; no returns, cancellations or exchanges.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

PRODUCT CARE

All Reilly-Chance soft goods must be professionally cleaned. Home washing is not recommended. Use a reputable dry cleaner experienced in delicate textiles (such as bridal gowns). Improper care voids all warranties and return privileges.
